2027: Retreat as a reclamation.
A reclamation of your energy, your body, your voice and your inner authority. In the quiet and beauty of Costa Rica, we step out of obligation and into choice — untangling from the patterns and pressures that quietly shape our lives without our consent.
Liberation here means releasing what drains you
and reclaiming what has always belonged to you: your capacity for presence, pleasure, rest and discernment.
Through guided practices, shared experience and spacious time in nature, you’ll reconnect with a deeper sense of sovereignty and agency — not by effort, but by remembering.
You are not reinventing yourself. You are returning to yourself.
Join us for unforgettable experiences.
Is this a good fit for you?
This retreat is for you if you feel the quiet pull to come home to yourself.
If somewhere beneath the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of your life, you sense a need for more space, more truth, more ease — this may be your moment of reclamation.
You’re tired of pushing, fixing, or improving yourself
You feel stretched thin by obligation — even by things you love
You’ve outgrown old patterns, but haven’t yet named what’s next
You crave rest that is restorative, not just time off
You long to hear your own voice more clearly again
Please join us:

the wisdom that emerges when you are no longer rushing?

It comes not from effort, but from remembering.
You are not coming to become someone new.

Location
We’re vibing on the Caribbean side of Costa Rica in Playa Chiquita where the warm turquoise sea laps sandy beaches, and the jungle, waterfalls and tropical toucans, sloths, green macaws, monkeys and other wildlife abound.
We’ll be nestled in the jungle and surrounded just steps to some of the best beaches on the beautiful the Caribbean coast. Our eco-friendly retreat and wellness center is off-the-beaten track but the immediate area has a local market, a few cafes and an artsy souvenir shop.
We’ll be about 3 miles outside of of Puerto Viejo de Talamanca that is a laid-back beach town that moves to it’s own reggae beat and offers nightlife, shopping and local culture.
The retreat and wellness center was formerly a cacao plantation and in addition to cacao trees also has over 20 different types of fruit trees including papaya, starfruit, guananbana, banana, lime, orange, mangosteen and more.
The retreat center keeps things simple to protect the beautiful area. We chose it to compliment our focus on clean air, healthy food, nature and easy living. Pura Vida!
Optional Offerings
Wellness options available without leaving our jungle home include:
massages
infared sauna
cranial sacral therapy
a healthy foods cooking lesson
Venturing just a little further from our home base, you can:
Snorkel or paddle around in a kayak

Take a bike ride or hike through the jungle

The retreat center and yoga shala were architecturally designed and completed in 2019. It was designed to highlight mountain views, especially the holy mountain of Ausangate. The structures are consciously rustic, made from local wood and adobe from the earth. It’s purposefully inviting and homey.
-

-
Cusco is located in the Andes Mountains. We suggest dressing in layers as the day time sun is gloriously warm and nights can feel quite chilly. To be plenty warm, we suggest you bring warm clothes-better to peel off a layer rather than to feel cold. Consider: thermal leggings & shirt, warm sweater, warm socks, down jacket, hat, scarf, & gloves in addition to lighter-weight layering pieces.
-
We’re located about 8900 feet (2720 meters) above sea level. Everyone adjusts differently to altitude, but taking Liquid Chlorophyll for 2 weeks prior to arrival is believed to help minimize malaise. Additionally, minimizing alcohol consumption a week prior to arrival may be a help.
If Machu Picchu is in your plans, we recommend going there first because the elevation is lower, offering a gradual acclimatization period. You can use our trusted tour agency to book that trip! -
While you’re free to make your own choices, we encourage you to feel present, sans alcohol, with the high vibes in and around the retreat center. It’s powerful.
-
One of our a-la carte offerings is Cacao Ceremonies. If you’re part of our community, we can make referrals to reputable, off-site plant medicine ceremonies.
